Emerging Sustainability Issues: Global and Regional Perspectives

Sustainability issues are emerging with increasing speed, scope and scale. But what are the most important sustainability issues across the globe?

BASF and Five Winds International, working with a number of partner organizations, looked into this question. Through a sustainability issues scan we surveyed more than 300 individuals including NGO, academic and business perspectives from Asia, South America, Europe and North America. The results point to globally significant sustainability issues but also highlight regional variations.
