LoyaltyOne Launches First Accountability Report with Support of Five Winds

TORONTO - LoyaltyOne Inc., a global provider of loyalty strategy and programs, customer analytics and relationship marketing services, has released its first public Accountability Report called The Legacy of One. Five Winds International supported LoyaltyOne in the development of the report which covers sustainability performance information for the calendar years 2008 and 2009 and marks the company's entry into a new phase of engagement with its stakeholders.
The report was prepared to satisfy the Global Reporting Initiative's Level C Application and was published in May 2010 via the LoyaltyOne website. This transparent report will help LoyaltyOne meet its goals of being a leading organization and of setting the pace and agenda for the global loyalty industry.
