Product Life Cycle Management Training

For the Sustainable Enterprise Academy we developed a training session on product life cycle strategies that has been delivered to senior executives from over 50 different companies. The session, which has been a part of 7 SEA Business Leaders Seminars, introduces the drivers, business case, concepts and tools being used by leading organizations to improve their product systems. Scenario-based exercises are then used to deepen the participants understanding of this approach.
