Lauren is an Analyst at Five Winds with experience in sustainability strategy development, carbon management, and product life cycle analysis. Since joining Five Winds, Lauren has helped several organizations develop corporate sustainability strategies, and was part of a team that implemented a Green Procurement Policy and Program for a large public transport authority. In addition to helping build internal capacity, Lauren has also worked with organizations to communicate their sustainability performance externally. Examples of this work include contributing to the development of sustainability reports based on the Global Reporting Initiative, and producing a number of corporate and policy guidance documents and published newsletter articles related to life cycle thinking, product stewardship and sustainable materials management. Key clients Lauren has worked with include the Toronto Transit Commission, Consumer Electronics Association, Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), International Council of Mining and Metals (ICMM), Canadian Standards Association (CSA), LoyaltyOne, Johnson & Johnson, and DuPont.
